Chiropractic Care Made Easy With Flexible Payment Options
- We accept most major health insurance plans, including PPOs, HMOs, and Medicare, for routine chiropractic, Massage, and wellness services.

Self-Pay / Out of pocket
- If you don’t have chiropractic coverage, or your insurance doesn’t include the services you need, we offer flexible cash-pay options.
- Same-day payment: Pay in full at the time of service and potentially receive a time of service discount. Practices like ours often make this option more affordable than many expect.
- We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.)
- We also accept Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts HSA / FSA cards
- Many employers offer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to cover medical expenses, including chiropractic care, massage, laser therapy, X-rays, orthotics, and rehabilitation therapy. Speak with your employer to see how you can take advantage of these benefits.
Auto-Injury / Personal Injury Billing
- For auto-accident injuries, we bill your PIP or auto insurance directly when possible.
- In personal injury (PI) cases when PIP is exhausted, you may also have the option to set up a lien or letter of protection. Our billing team will walk you through this and coordinate with your attorney.
Payment Plans & Financing
We understand that recovery may require multiple visits, and that cost can be a concern so we offer custom treatment and payment plans tailored to your budget.
If a payment plan is needed, we’ll work directly with you to spread your balance over time. Our goal is to make care accessible and sustainable.
For those who qualify, we may also offer third-party financing, such as CareCredit, to help cover out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.
Patient Responsibility & Billing Policy
- You are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and any non-covered services at the time of your visit.
- Once your insurance processes a claim, we will bill you for any remaining balance.
- Payments for non-insurance or non-covered services are due at time of service unless other arrangements are made.
- We may offer a pre-paid care package, where you pay for a specific number of visits up front in exchange for a reduced rate. We'll clearly document the total cost, payment schedule, and services included, to stay compliant with state regulations.
